Bill is a founding partner of Moody Aldrich & Sullivan which was established in 1988 and later became Moody Aldrich Partners the parent company to Harvest Funds Management. Bill leads the firm's management team and business strategy and oversees the firm's investment activities, including its hedge fund seeding business. Bill is a founding partner of Harvest Funds Management where he is involved in all aspects of Harvest Fund's business strategy. He has seeded several internal strategies and led the joint venture acquisition of the Pierre & Co. All Cap strategy and oversaw its rebranding and $2 billion capital raise. The Pierre & Co. business unit, which was branded Moody Aldrich Focused Value, was sold to Anchor Capital in 2012. Previously, he was co-founder, President and Chief Investment Officer at Dewey Square Investors, a multi-billion dollar diverse strategy firm that was sold to United Asset Management. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Institutional Investment Management at Bank Boston for fourteen years. Bill is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a B.S. in Economics from Syracuse University.

Eli is a founding partner of Harvest Funds Management where he develops and executes Harvest Fund's business strategy including vetting manager candidates, structuring investments, cultivating relationships with strategic partners and advising the management teams of Harvest Fund's portfolio companies. Eli joined Harvest Fund's parent company, Moody Aldrich Partners (MAP), in 2002 and assisted in the 2003 joint venture acquisition of the Pierre & Co. All Cap strategy, rebranded as Moody Aldrich Focused Value. As a partner of MAP, Eli led the sales and marketing effort for the Focused Value strategy that resulted in over $2 billion in new assets from consultants, large financial institutions and direct clients. The Focused Value business was sold to Anchor Capital in 2012. Prior to joining MAP, Eli earned an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Previously, he worked at MFS Investment Management in institutional sales and at Fidelity Investments in institutional client management. He attended The Wharton School for Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania and received the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation and earned a BA in Government and History from St. Lawrence University.
